Last weekend we went down to BYU and saw some of our old stompin' grounds. Whit is a big BYU fan and gets SO excited when she sees the Y on the mountain. We ate at the CONE (Creamery on Ninth East) and walked around campus.
Then we drove over to our first married apartment at VillaMaria Apts. It's now called something else, but the name escapes me. We also drove to Monaco Court Apts. where we managed for a year. There was something so sweet and fun about those first few years we were married. Bart and I were both a little sentimental when we saw apt #133 at VillaMaria. Oh, the good old days!
Today Whitney went on her first field trip ever. Sweet Miss Leanne plans such great field trips. We went to the Farm at Thanksgiving Point. The sun was shining, the grass was green, the flower buds were ALL blooming and beautiful... BUT... IT. WAS. COLD! Not like, "oooh, it's chilly.. I should get a coat." It was more like, "Unpack those winter boxes! I need hats, gloves, boots and my parka!"
I took some pics that I need to upload. Whitney petted a cow, but refused to do the pony ride after I stuck her on the pony. MacKay was his jolly-old-self. It is so fun to see Whitney in a social setting with a teacher and friends. We are lucky to have Little Thinkers so close to our house!
I've officially got a cold. I had one (much worse) last year around this same time. Hoping this one doesn't turn into pneumonia, like last year. Doping up on vitamins and cold medicine.
Here are the kids from pictures at the park a couple of weeks ago. Discovery Park in PG... very cool.
I love my cuties...

I'm glad to hear things are going better :). That is great that whit likes her preschool so much. Jadyn is finally saying she is excited to go to school when we move and she turns 4!
I can't believe she is in 4T! That sounds huge to me because Gwen still has to wear 2T pants/skirts (she has no bum so everything falls off her hips. Even the 2T give her serious plumber crack without a belt!) and they all look like highwaters on her.
