A Day With The Roses

9 Months, Baby!

About nine months ago, she was doing this:

Today, our little Whitney is doing this:

-Waves "Hi!" and "Goodbye!" when she hears those words.

-Claps her hands when she gets excited or hears us say, "Yay!"

-Says:  "Doe" (Means: GO), "Da-da", "Dat" (Means: THAT), & "Uh-oh!"

-Points at everything.

-Likes to feed herself.  Watermelon is a favorite.

-Sits and plays with toys.

-Likes to take objects out of containers and laundry out of baskets.

-Had her first ear infection and amoxicillin.

-Has 6 teeth and LOVES to bite people.

-Loves babies, kids and animals.

-Tries to feed us food and make funny faces to get us to laugh.

-Dances (bee-bops) when she hears a beat.  Even if it's my off-key singing.

-Likes to "doe" outside.

-Actually rolls on to her tummy to stay... for a little while.

-'Yells' at the kids around the neighborhood when they walk away from her.  

-Still has a feisty personality.  We love it.

Happy 9 months, Little Whitney.  We love you.

Zoo

I was waiting to do a new post until I went Private and put in all those email addresses, but that is taking longer than I had anticipated.  So here's what we've been up to:We got a pass to the zoo.  I love it, Bart loves it, and Whitney doesn't even know where she is- so it's been a great investment.
