Mom's Day

Bart and Whitney were very cute to me this Mother's Day.  Before church, while I was still in my pajamas (see picture below), Whitney brought me a cute box all wrapped up with paper.  She had a big smile on her face.  Just what I always wanted!!!  A new pair of flip flops.  Since I wear theses almost everyday, I definitely needed a new pair.  They were PERFECT.  Thank you!

Before bedtime, Whitney hates, loves, doesn't mind having her teeth brushed.  She used to scream hysterically until just recently.  I guess Bart's persistence has paid off.

Party

A couple of weeks ago, we went to a Trailer-Trash Themed birthday party for our one of our friends.  It was quite hilarious.  People really got into it and came with some very unique and classic "costumes?"

I know you'll never see Jadyn in this sort of get-up.  So I just had to post it.  Whit has her onsie un-buttoned with it hanging out of her green Chatelaine sweats.  No, Chatelaines are not trashy- but Bart says my green sweats are.

A Picnic Dinner

Las week the weather was just perfect.  We had a nice picnic dinner at the Park of Roses.  There really weren't very many roses in bloom, but we still had a fun time.  

Whitney loves dandelions.  Especially those that are ready to blow seeds.  I'm pretty sure the gardening crew doesn't appreciate us spreading weed seeds everywhere!  Here she is trying her best:

Jadyn has this really awesome car.  Whitney is super jealous.  It's a one-seater.  But these girls are so good at sharing, they decided to make squeeze in.  Besides- two is better than one, right?
