There's no doubt about it.. She's ALL GIRL. (Minus her love for tools.)
Nearly every day, she asks to have her Tangled hair installed. It's a bunch of long ribbons tied together. She'll sing, act out, and play like she's Rapunzel all day long. This started about a year ago, and has continued to date. One of my favorite things is when she runs up and down the sidewalk with it dragging in the dirt and muck. She feels as free as a bird.
This week's weather (WAS) beautiful. We were outside everyday this week playing and enjoying the good weather. I've decided it's waaaaay too windy where I live.
See that blue sky in the background? Welcome Spring- please stay for a while.

(And no shoes because Rapunzel doesn't wear them in the movie.)

that's hilarious! Gwen always sings the "i could go running and dancing and flying and...blah blah blah...and finally feeling, that's when, my life begins!!!!!" song when she runs fast outside. and then she twirls around at the last part. Does Whitney object to wearing shoes when you go to church or to run errands? Does she notice if you confiscate the ribbon to wash it?
I'll be honest, I've never washed that ribbon. I figure when it gets dirty enough, I'll just go in my craft drawer and pull out a new one. She will usually wear shoes when we go "out", but when she's in full Rapunzel mode: no shoes.
we do that same thing EVERY SINGLE DAY. seriously. bring that girl over & they can Rapunzel together.
I believe her and jadyn started this at the same time when you guys lived here. Jadyn still does it too, and she thinks I should let her wear it to church!
