My Bubs at 15 Months

What's it like to be a 15-month-old?  Well for this little cutie, I think life is pretty good.  He re-discovered Easter.  (He was only 3 months old when he had his first one.)  He loved all the eggs, CHOCOLATE and festivities.  Here he is for the first time with plastic eggs.  His favorites were the Sports Eggs in shapes of footballs, soccer balls and baseballs.

Speaking of sports... I know two kids who love to wrestle.  Sometimes one more than the other.  See if you can figure out who is enjoying themselves more in this match:

I've discovered these awesome bibs at IKEA.  Love them.  Wish I had 10, actually.  Bubba loves sweets.

In his mind he's saying, "Hey Mom!"

MacKay also loves looking out the window for "Bu" (Birds) and watches out the front window for his Daddy to come home from work.  Don't leave the door open, he'll gladly go outside at any given moment.

See that doughnut?  They're called Dunford doughnuts.  Steph introduced them to us. Love them.  Not super healthy.  Bubba saw them at Costco and cried hard until we opened the package and he ate a WHOLE one!

Big Sister loves to get him after a nap.  Sometimes they'll giggle and play in there for quite some time before I go in.  I love seeing them together.

This was one afternoon while I was cleaning under the couch cushins. The kids were having a lot of fun jumping, climbing, sliding and Bubba was trying to do EVERYTHING to copy Whit.

Here's Rapunzel with her upgraded hair.  Wait, you didn't notice her chameleon Pascal on her shoulder?  She colored him herself.

Here's Bubba at his Sister's first field trip to the farm.  It was cold-- that's why he's got Whitney's extra sweater (from the car) over  his fleece jacket. He loves animals so the farm was a special treat.

At 15 Months, MacKay:
*Loves to laugh, smile, and tries to make us giggle.
*Loves to make a funny face where he clenches his fists and grunts.
*Has a special love for books and will walk into Whitney's room to sit down, pick up books and "read" them.
*Has transitioned to one 2-3 hour nap.
*Loves his teddy bear in his crib.
*Still loves his binky.
*Drinks 2 bottles of milk (almond milk that is!) each day.
*Loves his Daddy to put him to bed each night.
*Loves chocolate and any sort of treat.
*Eats oatmeal almost everyday.
*Tries to run and it's pretty cute.
*Loves to "figure out" any sort of puzzle or problem.
*Has his first post-tube ear infection.  (Did you know they're treated with prescription ear drops after they get tubes?)
*Is quite the handful in church
*Says:  DaDa, MaMa, BaBa (bottle), woof (dog), bu (bird), ba (ball), Uh Oh!
*Starting to learn his body parts: pointing to his mouth, nose, and sticks out his tongue
*Makes signs for Elephant and had a great time at the zoo today.

I love reading these posts. He is so stinkin cute! Honey sent me a cute picture of him at BYU and wondered if they weren't passing out hair when our babies were born--apparently not. :) Bald or pretty close to bald is beautiful right?! :) BTW, your comment about bossy cracked me up. Yes he did! I'm pretty sure I've passed it on. ;)

Oh Dunfird Donuts. We used to get them in Provo at the Smiths. So rich. So delicious.

He's adorable!

That wrestling picture looks so familiar..... :) Love the 15 month summary- sounds so much like mine (except for the nice long nap!!)
