She goes to Little Thinkers Preschool just down the road. Miss Leanne is the ideal preschool teacher. She's sweet, she's prepared, she's lovable and best of all... she has the same degree from BYU as me!
Whitney was super excited to start preschool. I had my morning all planned:
Wake up early, (6:45 am), work out, get ready, feed the kids, clean my kitchen (didn't happen), put kids in car, drop off Whitney at preschool, take MacKay with me to Walmart, return home, feed Bubba, put him down for a nap..
So we dropped off our sweet Whitney. She walked in and pretty much never looked back, except to tell me she loved me.
My sweet girl is growing up. And she loves being a big girl. Lately, she's been crossing her arms and saying things like, "Well, Mom. You see I am supposed to do... "
On Saturday she told me if I cleaned my room then she'd bring me a treat. When I told her she needed to get her things out of my room so I could clean it, she replied, (while crossing her arms),
"No Mom. It's YOUR job to clean your room. Even if other people's things are in your room, YOU still have to clean it. It's YOUR job."
Her jobs? Cleaning the front living room and keeping her room tidy.
If you asked me last year how I'd feel about dropping Whit off at preschool, I'd probably tell you it would be so hard.
But this little cookie is READY! It's time Folks! When I picked her up and asked her if she liked preschool she replied,
"Yes Mommy. Can I go back right now?"
And this one was taken this morning at Cabella's.

she is so BIG!!! I love her lil tude about cleaning your room... and I love that she is loving preschool and giving you some time to focus on Bubba. Gotta ask... what were you doing in Cabella's?
We were just checking out all the animals there! It's like a museum, not as cold as the outdoor zoo and the kids love it. We also live about 2 minutes from there.
