Wedding Day

October 16 was Sissy's big day.  Here's the day in pics:

I went with her to get her up-do.  I must say, I was the perfect maid-of-honor.  I made sure the girl got it right and only told Sissy a few times that she looked like a strict school teacher.  Don't worry- that was only when she was wearing her glasses.  She looked beautiful!!!

After the Temple Sealing, everyone was waiting outside.  Here is Honey and her oldest great-grandson, Eric.

Cara & Brett waiting for the happy couple:

And here are Mr. & Mrs. Murphy!  They are glowing!

I am sure the temple grounds workers really appreciated Brooklyn & Whitney pulling the leaves off of these bushes:

Aunt Lucy, Honey & Uncle Steve:

Whitney found a new best friend:

She loved these statues on the temple grounds:

Shawna, David & the grandchildren:

This was my favorite part of the whole reception.  Our whole family getting wild-n-crazy!!

Congrats to Shawna & David for FINALLY getting married!
We love you!

Looks like a beautiful, fun wedding! And I would recognize those statues anywhere - love the Seattle temple!

Congrats to Shawna. Think she took her sweet time to get married just so you were pregnant in all of her wedding pictures?!?!? HAhahahahah. Totally joking. YOU AND SHAWNA looked beautiful. Thanks for sharing all your pictures. It looks like it was a happy, fun day. Little Whitney and Brooklyn look like two peas in a pod. And, I love that you have an Aunt Lucy ;) Congrats!!

So Jeff saw these pictures and was like, "Wait a minute - Krista's getting married again?" And I had to say, "No, Jeff, that is Krista's sister - not her. I thought we got this cleared up at Monaco." Okay, that didn't really happen, but wouldn't it be funny if it did? :) Congrats to your sister! I love weddings!

Krista! What a small world...David and I were counselors together a few years ago at a week long summer camp! I'm happy he has found a beautiful wife. Tell him hi for me!

Beautiful bride!! Isn't it funny that Erica and Shawna got married just a few months apart and we were both preggers for their weddings??
