Blessing DaySunday, September 21 was a special day for our family. Bart was able to bless our sweet baby girl. He gave a beautiful blessing. There was such a nice feeling on that Sunday morning. Whitney wore a heirloom blessing gown worn by her own Great-Grandmother, Honey, & worn by her Great-great Aunt Lucy. This gown was made almost 90 years ago by Whitney's Great-Great-Great Grandmother.

Great pictures. What a great memory and tradition for her to remember...being able to wear her great grandmothers blessing dress. What a pretty dress I love it. Also, I love the little slippers...you know how I love shoes.

Cute dress. I was blessed in an heirloom gown and I still have it. This one looks in really great condition for how old it is. Mine is very frail and yellowed.
