Pumpkin Festival

Since moving here we had always wanted to go to the Pumpkin Festival down in Circleville.  We heard so much about it, so this year, nothin' was stopping us!  Not even the fact that we woke up on Friday morning to a very RAINY and WET day.  Being from the rainy state of Seattle, I thought the rain wouldn't be a problem.  I was wrong!  We drove down and and while Whitney finished her nap in her car seat, we waited for the rain to let up.  It didn't.  It just rained harder and harder.  When Whitney woke up, she had the time of her life "driving" the steering wheel and pushing all the buttons to the stereo.  About 45 minutes later, we thought we'd just pull out the umbrellas and go to the festival.  Needless to say, we were one of the few who were hard core.  It was basically empty and sort of freaky with all of the carnival stands and smokers.  We got a few good pictures and went back to the car to drive home.  We were soaked!
