Our Spring Break

After a stressful quarter of dental school (and a LONG quarter of teaching 2nd grade) we decided to travel up to Chicago for a fun time. We stayed with our good friends and were able to visit a lot of places.

We visited the Science Museum in Chicago.

Here we are at the Chicago Illinois LDS Temple.

Here's Krista visiting Meg & little Ella. We had so much fun seeing them!

Bart in front of the Water Tower on Chicago's Magnificent Mile.

Can you guess why I wanted to visit the Hershey's store? Bart said this chocolate bar was a year's worth of chocolate for the average person, and 2 weeks' worth of chocolate for me.

After Chicago, we went down to Cincinnati. It is not that far of a drive- and there are really fun outlet stores half-way there. Some nice friends let us stay with them.

Ok Bart, we thought you said you lived in the ghetto when you lived in Chicago. Looks like we lived in the "projects" compared to where you lived. Also, you totally passed our "projects" when you got off I-294 to get to the temple, kind of jealous. We miss our projects, maybe not some of then neighbors who we're pretty sure were potential threats to homeland security, but still . . .
