We went down to Provo to hang out with my sister Shawna, her boyfriend David and see our old stompin' grounds. It was fun. I was really sad that so much of BYU campus seems to be changing. Don't get me wrong, BYU is still beautiful, but it was different than from when I was there. I guess it just means that I'm getting older. First we met up with Shawna and some friends to eat at the Cougareat. De-lish. We walked around the BYU bookstore for about... oh.. it was a WHILE. Then we got to stop at the new Hinckley Alumni Building. It was so nice. I even made it down to Helaman Halls where I lived my freshman year. Oh, sweet memories! Loved it!! Too bad I wasn't there with all my college roomies... we could have pulled some pranks just for old times' sakes.
One of my favorite places to visit was the Pillar House. It's almost 100 years old and I lived there for 3 of my college years. It's where I first met Bart and where I had some of my best college memories. We didn't stay as long as I wanted to stay at the Pillar House due to one of the current roommates who was recovering from Swine Flu!!! AAAHHHHH! The girls who currently live there failed to mention that little tidbit of information BEFORE I brought my hubby, sister and sweet baby into that home. When she told me, I bee-lined it for the front door.

Glad you escaped the swin flu. Scary! Is the Pillar house the same place Torrey lived for a little bit? She loved it there too.
