We just returned from a LONG trip to Utah. It was so much fun... and to be honest: I wasn't even ready to return home. Luckily we already have our plane tickets to go back for our next visit!
Since were were in Utah for 3 weeks, I've decided to make a couple different posts about it. This was our first afternoon/evening with the whole Paxton family & Grandma MacKay.
We stayed at Bart's parents' house. I was worried that Whitney wouldn't sleep because she's pretty particular about those sort of things. Luckily, she did pretty well.
Her first afternoon at Grandma/Grandpa Paxton's house was a real treat for all of us. Whitney got to meet 10 of her cousins for the first time. She LOVED it. Maybe she would have been better as a second child because she couldn't get enough of the constant entertainment. Whenever the kids were around her eyes were WIDE open and she would flap her arms and legs.
Here's Whitney in the same high chair her "Da-da" sat in when he was a tiny-tot. Take note of the towel underneath. She loves to say "Uh-Oh!" and then drop her food and sippy cup on the ground.

Where do you have 23 people eat? At the pool table, of course!! It's more fun with everyone sitting around the same table.

Whitney & Ashlee. Good thing Ashlee's mom is about to have a baby. She couldn't get enough of holding little Whitney. (Once again.. Whitney looks surprised to see so many people in one room.)

Well, you might not be glad to be back, but we are sure glad you are!
Well now that you are back to real life I think that you need to come back, it has been way too long. Soon enough you will get the chance to meet my little one with those same big eyes, at least I hope she has those eyes.
Looks like you had a busy trip! Loved seeing the pics from the Pillar house, next time you'll have to make time to get together with some of us! Whitney's pics are so so cute too, she's a doll.
